Ishan Kishan had a brilliant outing on his debut for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. The Southpaw oozed his class with the bat against Rajasthan Royals in the second game of the league at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. While he stole the limelight with his batting in the first innings, Ishan Kishan was on the receiving end of a brutal blow in the second innings. The keeper-batter faced a knee injury as he attempted to stop the boundary in the 18th over of the innings when Adam Zampa was bowling. Adam Zampa bowled a half-tracker to Shubham Dubey, who pulled hard behind square on the leg side. Ishan Kishan sprinted to his left in the deep and put in a great dive but the effort went in vain. But in what was a cause of concern, he ended up getting hurt. Kishan looked in immense pain as he couldn’t walk properly and was seen limping.
