A heated clash erupted between the Mumbai Indians (MI) skipper Hardik Pandya and Gujarat Titans (GT) spinner Sai Kishore in the Indian Premier League 2025 (IPL 2025) on Saturday, March 29. The 9th match of the IPL 2025 match between the Mumbai Indians (MI) and the Gujarat Titans (GT) is being hosted by the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. On the fourth ball of the over, Hardik Pandya advanced to defend a delivery from Sai Kishore, and the ball went towards the spinner before deflecting and coming a few yards in front of him. As this happened, Sai Kishore was seen staring at the all-rounder and Pandya yelled ‘F*** off’. Then, Pandya locked eyes with Sai Kishore and charged towards him. Kishore also didn’t back down and he was seen giving a death stare to Pandya, who after some time went back as the the umpire rushed to block the players from fighting. He stated: “Felt really good to get a chance. I have worked really hard to get at this level. So, to get an opportunity and perform, I’m very grateful. “I really feel that I’m one of the best bowlers in the league. I just have to play more games and establish that further.” Sai Kishore added that he doesn’t think too much about the pitch on the offer and just focuses on executing his plans to perfection. He said: “I think whether the wicket is spinning or not, I have to be consistent with my execution. That’s what my focus is on and playing for the team is I take pride upon. Depending on situations, I focus on which areas to hit.” While talking about bowling alongside the superstar leg-spinner Rashid Khan, Sai Kishore said that he is one of the best in the world and offers great learning. He stated: “He’s one of the best bowlers in the league. He’s one of the best bowlers in the world. Playing alongside Rashid is a great learning.” “I really want to see the game unfold.
