IPL Points Table 2025: Orange Cap, Purple Cap List After SRH vs LSG, Match 7

The IPL 2025 was host to SRH vs LSG on Thursday (27th March). But Lucknow Super Giants bowlers kept chipping in with wickets at regular intervals. Heinrich Klaasen (26) and Aniket Verma (36) played decent hands as well. Skipper Pat Cummins (18 off 4) hit some blows in the end as Sunrisers Hyderabad managed 190 for nine. For Lucknow SuperGiants, Shardul Thakur picked four wickets while the rest of the bowlers were in wickets too. Aiden Markram was the first wicket to fall for Lucknow Super Giants in the chase. But it came as a blessing in disguise for them as Nicholas Pooran (70) played a blinder while batting at three. Opening batter Mitchell Marsh (52) supported him well as the duo added 116 runs for the second wicket. Ayush Badoni (6) and Rishabh Pant (15) failed to make a mark. But Abdul Samad (22*) ensured that he took his team home as Lucknow registered their first win of the season.
